I agree with OP. The word ‘bitch’ is a slur. It shouldn’t be illegal, but men who use it should be shamed and shunned. If a man used the word “bitch” to describe any woman around me, I wouldn’t have anything to do with him. If he did it at work, I would report him to HR.
