I didn't say it sucked. I just said I didn't like it.

I found Part 1 to be an incredible experience with a great story and a lot of fun, exciting gameplay. Then Part 2 came out and... I just couldn't get into it. I was bummed out that I didn't like it, because I really wanted to. Didn't hate it, but didn't like it either.

Definitely overcomplicated and feels desperate. Like, they seriously couldn't find a single other actor to play this role? Not that I don't love me some RDJ, but this has the potential to lessen his sacrifice in Endgame. We'll go back and be like, "It's alright, he comes back later."

Keep striking where it hurts.

Favorite scene so far: kicking a car hard enough to set off the airbags. Brilliant. I love this series.

Is that it though? Is it just 2 hours of Easter eggs and obscure game references that us regular folks won't understand? Or will this movie have any real substance? Not that I'm expecting premiere cinema here, it's Minecraft, but a plot, universal theme, interesting characters... any of that?

Secretly hoped Julie (Hilary Swank) would show up in the final season and share some deep secret about Mr Miyagi.

How is this ending wars or making groceries affordable? Oh, wait... that was never actually the plan.
