Holy shit, this movie is for the black comedy horror fans, and no one else. I was laughing so much at the extravagant deaths with my friends, and the rest of the screen was dead silent.

I just found it so strange. After several hits in a row, how SD got the short end of the stick, animation wise. But it's not bad. Just kinda made me lose interest in the anime. I might pick the manga up later.
I really want that to happen to Ichi, if/when it gets that big.

Trigger is peak. I'm expecting a studio like Bones, or maybe Witt.
I just don't want another Sakamoto Days situation, where the studio does a serviceable job, but it doesn't equal to the quality that the series deserves.
(I say this as not a SD fan)

This series is such an enigma. It has some of the most annoying anime clichés, and some pretty egregious pacing... but I am so invested in the plot. This definitely feels like the MCU of jrpgs. And this was its Infinity War. Which is crazy cause there's 6 more games!
