Enough with the 3% employee surcharge. That's just part of the price. You don't break out salary, rent, shipping, etc. Why this trend to breaking out employee benefits... Other than guilt. And if there's a surcharge can I deduct that from the exorbitant/forced tips??

Every so often I really miss comedian Mitch Hedberg. I find him absolutely hilarious no matter how many times I replay his jokes on YouTube. I don't think there's ever been a comedian who's come anywhere close to his level!
