Joined redbook 2 days ago. It is the happiest (and thirstiest) social media platform I’ve ever been on. It’s like early day tiktok. Before you start about Chinese data, meta takes your data and sells more of it to china. The ban is about control and free speech.

Got some snow in Arkansas this week! More than our normal 1” a year. It’s not “cycles” it’s climate change. We had the driest summer in history and the most destructive tornado in over 100 years. When are people going to acknowledge the planet is heaving her last breaths?

Eating at Ekstedt in Stockholm was an experience I won’t forget. Cooking everything over a fire in the middle of a fine dining restaurant is impressive. And it inspired me to go create my own versions of the dishes.

I think we need a study of the effects Europe has on Americans. Every time i am in Sweden I am mentally and look physically happier. Could be the freedom/safety feeling vs living in a restrictive state like Arkansas 🤔
