How dare you be person?! As if nobody else can be person too. This is deeply offensive 😂🤣😉

Maybe it’s a metaphor that you’ve just created. The cold interior needs attention. The world, on the other hand already has a very hot core. Okay, maybe I’m getting too deep 😂

I think you’re cool. So there’s someone far across the Atlantic who values you.

Yeah, politics has been messy and tricky since time immemorial.

I think the future sounds pretty cool. We automate to make our lives easier. But a lot of folks might just never do anything and then lose a sense of purpose.

Does “whack” mean good or bad? I’ve heard the phrase “crack is whack” which I think is saying it’s bad.

When all of production and delivery is fully mechanised, you’ll never have to leave your house. Solar powered farming machines working by GPS, taking their crops for automated processing, then unmanned vehicles making free delivery to all houses in the area, on demand.

You’ll need a question mark in there. But yeah, attempted comedy cynicism aside, I hope you’re okay Bird.

Hey Bird. Sending my best.

I don’t know how to React.

But what if they’ve lost their donkey?

I think it’s supposed to say “Audit logs may be helpful”. It appears to be missing the word “be”.

It’s a bit like going from Event Sourcing back to traditional “write over the existing record” database style. The collective history of events has more meaning than a record that only reflects its most recent state. Not to say all mistakes need to be recorded.

So you’ve joined the “Inebriati”! But wait, noooo!

I think that just breaks the whole analogy down to nothing useful. Just say it fully literally: “Everyone is different and goes through things in their own way. Don’t be nasty to them. Try to understand their situation.” 🤷‍♂️❤️

If I understand it, US industry now needs to upscale to supply demand. They’ll hike prices first, then seek investment. Citizens won’t afford higher prices. US investors won’t have the money to invest. Deadlock may lead to a crash. The Gov will seek easy resources to subsidise businesses. Thus, war.

Robert Martin talks about this in his book Clean Architecture. He hints at OOP being a more convenient way of doing things you would do anyway. It cuts away much of the overhead for achieving encapsulation and polymorphism. It’s not impossible otherwise, but easier with OOP.

Java is/was a phenomenon. Not perfect but in my opinion has been a great intermediate between low-level C and trendy interpreted languages (Ruby, Python, PHP…) It’s true you can write awful software in any language but Java makes it a bit less likely. What was it that Oracle did? Something silly?

I wholeheartedly agree. A manager in an agile format is really a team servant who knows how to listen and supply the team with what they need. This applies to hiring new members, purchasing useful tools and contacting the client for clarified information, among other things.
