I'm really happy with my progress on the main menu so far for classroom akumu! I plan to add many customization options and also color options in the future. Some accessories are only unlocked through major achievements/exploration.

Some more progress on my japanese high school horror game. Showing some of the first person character model and movement. The school will probably take most of development, Inagakuen is 3 times as large as the Tokyo Dome.

Experimenting with pledging faith to deities in my PSX Horror Roguelike. There's 4 deities so far, with Dedra giving the best buffs while also having a ruthless drawback. Deities other than Dedra can be switched through at any time.

I'm considering turning this into a fully-fledged game where you have to defend a cute village from horrifying monsters. Heavily inspired by Animal Crossing and Stardew Valley. Originally it was just a level building study. :)

I made a basic LiDAR scanner for my backrooms game. It'll be mostly useful in levels that are pitch black and lights can't be used. I still gotta work out some kinks with it, but I'm happy with the results so far.

I've been having fun recreating some backrooms levels from the fandom wiki. I want to finish levels 0-8 and connect them all. Eventually, I'll also experiment with survival mechanics. Almost all levels are procedurally generated. :)

I made a fully playable cabinet of Pacman in Unreal Engine. It uses Retroarch with the MAME core. I've been prototyping this for an arcade simulator where you run your own arcade and purchase cabinets. :)

I'm testing weapons for a retro-style horror game. So far, I have a pistol, revolver, shotgun, and SMG. I'm fairly new to working with animations, but I'm happy with the results. There are definitely some bugs to work out. :)

This is a flyable helicopter that I recently got working for a life simulator prototype. I'm pretty happy with the results and it's a lot of fun to fly around the map.
