I generally reserve Imi/Rele for Pseudomonas DTR resistant to Ceftolozane/Tazobactam and CAZ/avi or Enterobacterales with KPC non susceptible to CAZ/avi (some maintain susceptibility to Imi/rele)

would not treat it unless organ disfunction or circulatory shock without other possible explanation.
It is already bad to go to transplantation colonized with CRE, worse after exposition to CAZ/avi.
