I like to buy tools and then never use them.
None of the cited studies, however, give the dosage. Recommendations from other sources range from 1500mg-3000mg. I personally take 3000mg and hope for the best.

Was able to smell chickpeas and nectarines today. Beyond ecstatic and relieved to be getting my smell/taste back!
