They may be able to work on other sources. I don't think he will budge with further questions. He'll just shut them down. It's frustrating but he's under no obligation to share more info on injures. Managers are obsessed with trying to get an even the slightest advantage. I watch every one I can.

Unless the journalists get hired as NUFC physios they aren't getting more info than we are from press conferences. It's the new way in professional sports. Most managers are reluctant to give any updates on player injuries.

I think Hall starts if he's ready. If not, I think we will see Alex Murphy. I don't think Hall plays 90 min even if he starts.

What changes would you have made to the starting lineup? (Assuming Hall isn't deemed ready for 60 minutes?). I don't disagree with you fwiw, just curious.

Spot on. Competition for places should bring out the best in players.

I taught my children to tie their shoes in less time than it took Spence to tie his boots.

I think Johnson has been playing primarily on the left.

I was concerned about Kudus running at Burn. I'm sure he'll come on at some point.
October 29, 2025 at 7:16 PM
I think their best lineup would hae Van De Ven and Kudus. It is a strong lineup.

One of the less reliable X accounts (nufc 360) suggested injury is not as serious as initially feared. For what it's worth.

I noticed that as well. Maybe that's how he was coached at Milan. Takes time to break those tendencies. Can see his potential though.

Some new stuff I've been enjoying: Matt Maeson-A Quiet and Harmless Living, Hotline TNT-Raspberry Moon, Nation of Language-Dance Called Memory.

I think there will be more rotation. Tonali and Burn may get a break. Maybe Tino as well. I think Osula will get minutes.

Non-contact knee injuries often concern me more than non-contact. I'll have to give it another watch and see if there is a clear mechanism of injury.

For those watching in the USA it's on FS1 at 6 pm PST. 👍

I muted Isak and my feed improved drastically. Almost no nonsense from that other team.

Any chance you think Ramsdale can up his game second go around with EH or do you think he is what he is at this point?
September 3, 2025 at 8:08 PM
Both definitely have limitations.
September 3, 2025 at 7:53 PM
I would not be surprised if Ramsdale overtakes Pope as #1 keeper at some point this season. Time will tell.
September 3, 2025 at 7:49 PM
I think it's unlikely. I do think he will have his opportunities this season. Just don't see it happening this early in the season.

Not sure how you don't overpay at this stage when the probable sellers don't need to sell. Fingers crossed it all works out.
August 31, 2025 at 10:43 PM
I think he will go for ~ 130 mil. It was never going to happen before the Liverpool game. Hopefully things fall into place for two strikers before the end of the window. Maybe it's been the plan all along.

Financially, the owners can afford to let him sit. It would be at the detriment of the team if they can't bring someone in, but they thr financial cost to them is insignificant.
August 23, 2025 at 1:40 AM
I wonder if they still have any interest in Muniz (if they ever did)? If they are looking for a Wilson replacement he seems like he may be a good fit. No idea what Fulham would be asking if they are open to selling.

I've only watched him a few times but I think he'd be a solid squad player.
