In this black and white illustrated page, an eclipse occurs, and embers fly across the sky. A group of Amalj'aa wielding bone staffs, led by a shaman, raise their arms to the air. Stacked wooden crates display crystals emitting light with small fragments levitating. A pair of humanoid hands futilely attempts to pull chains attached to shackles on their foot, as a large Amalj'aa paw prevents them, striking their face in the next panel with a polearm weapon.
