I think #2 is the primary reason. They don’t want to elevate a woman or person of colour.

That is a nice thought but the Bombers can’t afford him, financially, due to the large salary paid to Collaros.

I am not a Collaros fan but it was the first quarter of the first game of the season so this characterization of his play is a little judgmental.
