Ah, student accountability—a beautiful thing when it clicks. Watching kids take ownership of their learning and growth? Chef’s kiss. But then there’s parental delusion, that rare phenomenon where every missing assignment is somehow my fault, insert baffling reason here.

So here I am, so very tired of arguing with people who can’t even entertain others’ POV and who argue for the sake of arguing. Sitting in a classroom of 10yos I’m optimistic on the world they say they want moving forward. Five months of Native American studies has done them well.
