I can image an image the view showing an Eevee resting peacefully as flesh moves and sounds erupt from bellow belly expanding across the horizon -- and just under you see the inside going's on.

Hmm, ya hard to show something like that idea in one singular image.
Other than having some form of bulge present to show what he's eaten ~~ but maybe a mountain is breaking or town is flattening. Some big landmark even if it's not shrink wrapped.
