The fish follow a spline and start at a random position, they have randomized speed and a random position on their animation cycle. I think it makes it look decently natural.

Thats an interesting idea for sure, i was thinking of a more underwater vibe when shifting due to my initial story plans and "reasons" for the shifting but ill def keep that in mind. Some fleshy colours nurgle #warhammer stuff...

Just realized it's nearly impossible to see the changes in the video with the quality being so bad for whatever reason but i'm sure you believe me when i say they are there 😅

The examples in the clip are just that, but now i can easily tweak any settings i feel like and easily compare them to one other in an actual "in-game" setup.
