most sites that host legal porn already have secure platforms for the models to upload ID documents safely, so they are probably just porting that to the sign up process.

do you think over repeated uses, it could cause damage? like when you scratch a nonstick pan and you don't realize, but the bit that loses it's stick just gets bigger and bigger... i don't know if that's a good comparison, though
