Other LA photos. Hiking to the Griffiths observatory was fun but hard because there was so little shade. The observatory was good. I saw several delivery robots on the streets. I had never seen these kind of robots, so I was confused at first.

Visited LA for a short vacation. I wanted to see Ozzy Osbourne’s star on the Walk of Fame, and it was easy to find, as someone was playing his music near it. I actually don’t know that many artists, but even I could recognize many names there.

On the way back home from the overseas voting, I visited a local guitar shop. I just like staring at all those cool guitars. To my surprise, I found a Strandberg 7 string guitar, which I was curious about, so I tried it out. It was light-weight and nice.

After pick scrape practice. Interesting that just a few tries wore out a pick this much.

Band score arrived a week earlier than expected!

Went to Chicago Tea Festival. It was fun! There were so many good teas that it was unfortunate that I could not buy all of them. My goal was to get some rock tea, and I got Da Hong Pao (大紅袍) and Rougui (肉桂). I didn’t plan to buy Darjeeling, but when I tasted it, I had to buy… It was the first time

I had dropped my acoustic guitar on the floor, and the right side of the top got lifted. Fortunately, it could be repaired! Scars are left, but the guitar sounds good, and honestly they are not even visually bothering, so it is fine.

그 외에 꼭 보고 싶던 오다이바 실물크기 유니콘 건담. 디지몬 어드벤처에 나온 후지티비. 포켓몬센터.
도쿄에 또 방문할 수 있으면 좋겠다. 연말이라 그런지 사람이 너무 많아서 사람 좀 없을 때 가고 싶다는 생각이 들었으나 휴가철이 아닌 때에는 내가 갈 시간이 안 되겠지…

시모키타자와에 갔으니 봇치 관련 사진도 찍었다. 다음에는 쉘터에서도 공연 보고 싶다.

도쿄에 처음 갔는데 일정에 시모키타자와에서 라이브 공연 보기를 가장 먼저 넣었다. 유튜브에서 찾아봤을 때보다 라이브 공연이 더 좋았다.

지난 겨울 휴가 때 다녀온 신촌 라이브하우스. 원래는 한국 인디밴드 공연을 보려고 했는데 결국 애니송 및 제이팝/락 커버밴드 공연을 보고 왔다. 새로운 음악을 접해보자는 본 목적은 상실했지만 내가 좋아하는 음악을 듣고 와서 즐거웠다.
