SHOCKING fighting game players want characters from games they care about, and not games that sold poorly! I haven't seen people really complaining about Ingrid because she's THE WORST CHARACTAR EVAR but mostly because they wanted someone and instead we got a character from a game no one played

Every Mega Man game is worth playing no matter how much you've played with very few exceptions like maybe don't touch Mega Man on DOS or like.... X6 maybe that game pulls some BS sometimes, that being said def start with Battle Network 1 if you do play em, they have coherent story
