#Wilderness is the Adele of conservation: beautiful, beloved, and evasive. I need it to be Beyoncé. 👑🐝 Persistent, breaking boundaries, and a megaphone for justice and freedom. It’s time for Congress to break out of their genre for these lands that we borrow from future generations.

The Senate’s proposed budget is part of the government’s attempts to sell off public lands. They want to see national parks go in shambles, and national monuments converted to mines and drilling sites to argue that private interests will better steward public lands. Don’t fall for this $1bn lie!

9 days in and I have pulled two over nighters. The oppressors do not want us to rest. They want us to be tired. They want people like you and me to sacrifice restoration and play for the grind because it makes us less effective in responding to crisis and burn out of the movement in the long term.
