Y'ahra was told by a seer that when his wandering is finally done he is one day destined to forge a kingdom from the mountain dwelling clans of Abalathia. He believes his adventures - his fighting and the politicking done along the way - will pave the way for him to become a great king.

Y'ahra is normally graceful enough to avoid such mishaps, but the attendants at the Vesper Bay ferry used to be a little too quick to shut the gates sometimes. They've gotten much better about it very quickly.

Y'ahra was born amongst a collection of semi-permanent towns and nomadic clans mostly composed of Hellsguard roegadyn in a remote region of Abalathia's Spine.

I made Y'ahra back in ARR specifically to spite the 'hardcore' RPers. He was made to tick every box that annoyed people - he's a Warrior of Light, he has the Echo, he's related to a canon character, he's mixed in-game races, and he has a special destiny in his future.

I made Y'ahra all the way back in 2016 but he languished in obscurity for years before I started playing him on a lark and he became a full-time investment. He's changed very little - gotten a bit bigger and buffer as befits a WAR, but I was always very happy with his concept.

The highs are very high, the lows are very low, but it has my favorite Gundam in it and the animation is top-notch.
