The ACA is unaffordable if you make too much money. For the poor, it's a life-saver.

Politics in a democracy require participation. I'm sorry no one ever told you that. Woke? Woke. If you can't hold a job because some woman or minority took it away it's because you thought it was yours without earning it. Woke is also polite, without which we have blood in the streets.

I was offered a contract for 22% less than last year. Sure wages have gone up --- for some investment manager but not for engineers, who are basically skilled labor.

My ancestors, Trowbridges, Bakers, Marshalls, Fosters, etc. were abolitionists, some since 1600's: for universal suffrage.
They felt that the plantation class should have their assets seized to pay for the war -- distributed to poor wh & blacks.
