This one isn't AS overt as the other example, as turning giant is a more general fantasy thing, but his shriveled up form as a side effect of it at least gives some credence to where Gear 5 may have gotten some of its concepts from.

I heard a while ago the Haki coating effect was lifted off of this manga, but I never really knew to what extent till now.
I mean, I still don't, tbh, as I don't know a lick of japanese to get the FULL context, but this is still pretty illuminating.
