If, however you’re having both photographers and models paying you hundreds per hour and neither are vetted for experience but you tell both to expect great portfolio pieces, that’s not community building, that’s a rent party.

And telling themselves what they’re doing is mentorship, community building etc.. If you’re putting together a content day thats a great community building thing to do.

Miss me with the excuses, I write code and work with devs in my day job, this is an entirely fixable problem created by them and out of all the things you try and get software to do, syncing strings of text to the cloud is one of the easier ones.
