Every time I hear a politician bemoan the impact of a scandal on the "trust in politics itself", I don't know whether to laugh or cry. The arrogance or naivity to assume that the public has even the merest vestige of trust in politics - *POLITICS* - is astounding. It's defined by lies.

Nepo-kids are a real thing. They are as terrible as you might imagine. In most cases, you need family money. Hamilton's story is a rare one. The amount of work he - and his father - did was extraordinary.
