The number of Americans (including myself) newly obsessed with rugby is staggering...all because of her! I've always been curious about the sport, but it wasn't until seeing her in the Olympics that I dove in, started learning the forms and rules and such.

If you're a small business, that extra shipping charge can really hurt your bottom line if it happens too often. They say "time is money" and a couple extra minutes (or a second set of eyes) on each order could save you tons of money in the long run!

These things happen, and you just have to run with it when it does, but it happening with several different suppliers in a short amount of time tells me that it probably happens too often.

I've had 4 orders of supplies come in to me in the last month where I was shorted on one item, which ended up costing those suppliers way more than it should to ship the missing item.

I absolutely love this podcast. Informative without being dull, and both beginning practitioners and old crones and everyone in between can get something out of it.
