Musescore is free to use if you are writing the scores. You an save the result as a pdf or <Windows button>+<SHIFT>+<S> to draw a square around what you would like to copy on screen then paste it to the Word doc. It takes a bit of learning to begin with but there are lots of YouTube videos to help.
