I have a neurologist but even with the medication I was prescribed I’m still struggling. I’m pulling through though. As for a headache diary I gotta start keeping one. Thank you for the tips!

I live with babies so it has to be in the middle of the night, in the dark w/ a reading light, my mind has to be stress free, and I will read for HOURSSSS. When I read at night it feels like I’m in the books. And that is why I love reading.
