Another way to look at it is that you have created an entirely new kid of dessert. Things don't necessarily have to come out like the picture to be tasty.

I totally get that. Last night before we ate we verified that none of the guests had any allergies or food sensitivities. It's a LOT better to check than forget.

FWIW, we had a brisket last year and cooked it in three pieces three different ways. The ABSOLUTE BEST was barbecue, which was awesome, and also the easiest.
