Trauma patients (usually) never need PCC! ⬆️ clotting time/INR is due to fibrinogen deficiency. Only give PCC if the ROTEM still has a prolonged CT after fibrinogen or platelet substitution. Therefore:
ROTEM➡️intervention➡️ROTEM (during 1st 15 min)

1) Landiolol, ein sehr kurz wirksamer und gut steuerbarer Betablocker (und sehr teuer) hat in folgender Studie keinen Benefit bei der Behandlung des septischen Schocks und Tachykardie gezeigt. Ein paar Sachen gibt es aber zu bedenken.

1) Landiolol, ein sehr kurz wirksamer und gut steuerbarer Betablocker (und sehr teuer) hat in folgender Studie keinen Benefit bei der Behandlung des septischen Schocks und Tachykardie gezeigt. Ein paar Sachen gibt es aber zu bedenken.

Der Gemeinderat der Landeshauptstadt Graz hat eben einstimmig ein Pilotprojekt beschlossen, bei dem pflegende Angehörige von der Stadt Graz angestellt werden, einen Lohn, Arbeitslose, sowie Pensionsversicherung bekommen.
Ich habe an diesem Projekt mitgearbeitet und bin unglaublich stolz darauf.
