You really gotta touch grass. It is A BASKETBALL PLAY, it was also a flagrant!
Reality is guards will get hit in the face more because they have more face up guarding and defenders TAKE THE SHOT TO GET THE BALL! It’s not malicious, not targeting, it’s an unfortunate, inevitable part of the game

Cathy and whoever else scheduled this should be fired. Can’t pay attention to all these games at once. Have to stick with the Sparks and catch the rest on league pass.

This is her now seven years later.
At year three we had spinal surgery and a year and ~$8k in rehab to learn to walk again
Year 5 - CCL (knee) surgery ~ 9k
Year 6 - second CCL surgery than broken leg ~ $5k because I got smart and started going to Mexico for the vet.
That’s just the big stuff

I feel so bad for folks who love dogs and have dogs but don’t have MY dog you know? I am sure they are absolutely lovely and that you adore them, but they aren’t Luna Lovegood Fitzgerald and that just seems so unfair.

I tried a six mile hike today in Big Bear dressed for high 40s/low 50s it was in the 70s and between the heat and elevation my body said BFFR!!

A lighthearted easy read. The sleuthing and the mystery could've been stronger. A good debut, I enjoyed the magical element and hope the mysteries get stronger as the series continues. ⭐⭐⭐/5

Another read for #BlackMysteryMonth, this one had been on my TBR for a while. Though I wasn't a fan of how the mystery was resolved I very much enjoyed the characters, the relationships, love interests, and the main character's growth. Looking forward to the other installments of the series. ⭐⭐⭐/5
