Morgan Stanley: After last week's selloff 1) sentiment/positioning gauges have lightened up considerably, 2) average seasonal performance tends to improve in 2nd half of March, 3) recent USD weakness could provide tailwind to earnings and 4) decline in rates should benefit economic surprise indices
