Simple answer is yes and yes. Swiss FoMP deal with EU requires people to have a job or other income, which I think is different to intra-EU/EEA freedoms. EFTA will normalise our trade with SM, which is great. CU needs something extra. Lifted this image from EFTA4UK page on X
