I played a lot of this at secondary school with my friends, probably more than anything else. In my defence, it was the 80s, and we didn't expect to graduate before they dropped the bomb.
The guy who ran our main campaign died a few years ago, and it still makes me think of him.

I thought this idea was dead? The cost of charging the minority of patients who would pay for an appointment would swallow up most of the revenue.
