Really common problem I deal with all the time as a History and Politics teacher. The history of things being better in the past compared to the present is aslong as actual history. Does it take 50 years or a generation to develop collective amnesia about what happened?

The Anglican Cathedral with its central tower that looks like one of his phone boxes is one of the best buildings in Britain. Although the Metrpolitan Cathedral at the other end of the road is on that list too.

This result suggests there could be enough. By-elections don't usually follow the aame voting patterns as people don't think the result will have a national impact like a general election. Having said that this will mean the Welsh Government will need friends to get its budgets and bills passed now

How many "Don't knows" are there is these polls? This could well explain the result in Caerphilly when they decided to vote against Reform rather than for a particular party.

Reminiscent of Rowntree' study of poverty in York where he showed that people's levels of poverty varied through their lives so taking a snapshot of them at any given point was pointless. We don't criticise children for not contributing to the economy, but they grow uo to be wage earners
