Here is a fully inked design for The Mutated Man. As mentioned before, he is covered with wounds, deriving from his desperation to release a demon that possesses him. Eventually, the demonic creature is released through a slit in his belly. All image work done by @machiyotommy.bsky.social!

In his body, he carries a foetal demon that is born after its energies are released by self mutilation. These energies, or 'lights', fuse together into the being.

Deeply affected by diabolic contaminants within the isle of Sheltern, this character's physical form is corrupted. He eventually gives birth - through a slit in his corrupted belly - to an incubus known as 'Malvetius'.
