Yeah it's training your brain that when you do those tasks its time for sleep, won't work straight away but it does eventually 😊

I try and do things that are specifically for when I wind down (duolingo, brush teeth, wash face, etc), and make sure all the big lights are off so that my brain goes "Ah yes, the warm lights, it's time for bed"
I'd say reading but I am also notorious for staying up too late reading hehe

Mine already whacks my face at 3am for fun I can only imagine the shenanigans she'd get up to
