I’m on 25 mg too. Along with metoprolol, jardiance and Entresto. My doc is happy with the results but ill probably be on them for life. Side effect from valve replacement.

Interesting. My BP is so low my Dr keeps asking why I’m not fainting. This may be the reason. I’ve been on spironolactone for 3 years.

Id be ditching the rolls. It’s just plain bread. Everything else is delicious. Although Mac n cheese as a side isn’t really done up here in Canada. That’s a separate meal. 😋
