I got Candy, I got a bracelet, I got things moving....then I died to a lift. Fantastic.
But any progress is better than none. I think the bracelet moves lifts, the candy makes you climb faster(?). Gonna take a break.

You know it, dawg. Still don't know what the garbage is for, but I'm getting more efficient in my pathing. I just wish it had some form of saving or keeping of progression, but I understand staying true to source inspiration.

So the scarf is actually an umbrella, so take that green drops! The pin makes me pop balloons, and the garbage? Who knows!

So I'm going to finally check out UFO 50 as a means to get my mind off everything in the world at the moment.
However, I'd like to try it in a more organic way so I might ask people about the games, but I'd like zero spoilers!

I'm trying to get a collection of Christmas/Winter time games (or levels). The two I immediately think of are Winters from Earthbound and Freezeezy Peak from Banjo Kazooie. I'd love to hear more recommendations.

You won't! It has a much flashier packaging that was the Halo 2 Collectors Edition.
You could be excused for not looking at launch since most people went straight to the game. But for a youth on the drive home the instruction manual served as a wonderful primer for the adventure ahead.

Differences included propagandistic views of the incidents of the first game and a lead up to Halo 2's campaign. Also completely different descriptions and names for the enemies encountered in the game. It gives you a sense of connection to the Covenant (something that would be made in Halo 3).
