Me, the interviewer: Well that sounds excellent. The last person with this job died under horrific circumstances only just recently. Can you start immediately?

I'm pretty sure all those summaries are AI generated. It was one of the "We desperately need to find a use case for this useless tool we're spending all our money on" moves.

I like the part where he walks past the iconic "Welcome to Silent Hill based on the Visionary Game Silent Hill 2" sign

So excited for this! Just did a one off (which, in the grand tradition of one offs, ended up being three sessions long) of Realis with the ashcan and it was the most fun I've had GMing a game in a long time.

D2 and Enemy Zero have a few other "actors" who also show up in both of them. Also worth noting: the plots of D and it's sequel D2 are completely unrelated. They're just both about identical but different women named Laura...

Warp had this idea that video game characters could be "digital actors" and show up in multiple different games. So D, D2 and Enemy Zero all have a white blond lady named Laura as their main character. She looks and sounds the same but she's a completely different person each time.

I'm so excited that you've discovered the video game D. D and the other games from Kenji Eno/Warp have that same energy as Clock Tower where it feels like you're looking into a different world where video game design took a couple of wildly divergent turns.

Kreia finally reveals the awful truth about who she is and what she wants after her encounter with the Jedi Council: she has been a debate bro this whole time!

IMO, the best way to do it is to go alphabetically, that way you can be sure you don't miss any videod games. So be sure to check out AaaaaAAaaaAAAaaAAAAaAAAAA!!! - A Reckless Disregard for Gravity.

I like that they added the FF12 gambit system but it's a bit weird that they just called it "the FF12 gambit system" in the game.

Despite being about tiles that get slid around, mora jail boxes are actually a type of Tower of Hanoi.

Oh .. yeah, the thing is I would love to help out, it's just that I got banned from the Ice Realm after that snowman thing. Yeah, the judge said explicitly "no more completing challenges here."

I could imagine a version of this game where that tension between the symbolic and the mechanical was interesting... but instead we just got Nicholas Winding Refn never shutting up about umbilical cords.

I felt like there was a real tension in DS about how much you were supposed to just sort of accept as vibes/symbolic and how much you were expected to care about and track the mechanics of the world. I wonder if pacing the story like you say would have helped that.

Thrawn gets his ass kicked by a space whale and then shows up a few years later and never mentions it, presumably because he is too embarrassed. This checks out.

It could also be a Luke/Bigger Luke situation where there are two Thrawns.

If Rogue One is canon, then this implies Rebels is canon by virtue of Chopper and the Ghost appearing in the background... which implies that Rebels Thrawn and the Battle of Lothal is canon... but if Heir to the Empire is also canon... then...

Have them watch Data's Day so you can establish that it's not DS9's fault Miles and Keiko seem to hate each other, TNG wrote them like that too.
