The broken V76 update released about a month ago, if you don't have automatic updates/didn't turn headset off it's possible that it updated after you came back 🤔

When does the issues happen? For me most consistently it starts to break after I open SteamVR while under more intense load.
Also on what software version you are?
Another thing, meta no longer produces the headset so even on warranty you would be out of luck

It's a firmware issue, got it happening constantly since a week ago when my quest forced an update. Not being able to roll back to older version is so bad
