I looked at the picture, and though you had editorialized his original sentences. Surely that wasn't his actual post. Surely not.

But no!
To my horror they were just highlights!

I think copying film is also a strange choice. Games are their own thing. You probably cants frame things the way you want. That's OK! Lean into that! If your game simply tries to do what films do, its just a bad film. Similarly trying to copy reality just leads to a poor simulation. Be fantastic!

How can I trust that you can play piano when your violin playing is so screechy!

2: The basis vectors of your space might not be orthogonal.
So if you go 'up'... you might also go forward some. like if we have amount of milk, and amount of chocolate as axes, adding milk chocolate would also add some milk.

I think there's two bits of weirdness:

1: The function from your space to goodness is nonlinear
Smoothie components -> Goodness is a vector function from a space to a number. but even in the 1D case smoothie goodness as a function of amount of milk goes up at first then down.

I lean towards sleeving when the cards are scuffed up enough that i could tell them apart if i wanted to pay attention to that.
I know I play that game a lot. and if I kept at it, the cards would fall apart.

Its harder to engage with a good game recommendation. because the engagement is.. ooh I'll go off and play that game!

Tartarus key and Machina were both lovely to play through. Thank you for introducing me to those ( and like 7 others that i haven't got space for in this message)

Based on the times people most often are talking about, Greenwich Mode Time would most likely be twenty minutes past four.

They use that cause most any other factor they could use either applies to a lot of trans women, or would exclude people they consider women... almost like gee I dunno, trans women are women.

Imagine having parts that need twice daily maintenance or they decay... with thousands in repair costs, and regular work to handle the fact that the fucking thing leaks coolant that stinks... and mandatory refuelling.. and the charge only lasts 16 hours and sometimes it wont even go into sleep mode

I'd love for this to be true. Sadly it seems more complicated. In December the newly elected PM of Mauritius rejected the deal to transfer ownership. I'm not sure what the current state is, but I don't think the deal has gone through - w.wiki/noE

I would love to know what the other games on that list are.
I find discovering good mobile games to be a challenge.

I call it a good 6/10 game.

A bad 6/10 game is... fine. Nothing clearly wrong but completely missing the juice.

A good 6/10 has some clear hurdles. There's some stuff you'll have to live with before you buy in. But it more than make up for it with a unique mix of stuff that keeps you hooked.
