Little Rio has had a rough day. Surgical procedure, with another to follow in 8 weeks. She's home recovering, and still high as a kite.

Pablo on the other hand, snaffled a Greggs chicken and bacon bap from the pavement, and carried it to my parent's house before munching it.

Today's embarrassing story...

Realised after airport security that my phone was no longer in my jacket pocket. The security woman was superb and did find it, but asked what the lock screen pic was before handing it over..

Having to explain this gave her a right good fucking laugh..
