You are better than this Marina. The increase in NI is 1.2%, so only a very small part of the increase can be down to that, The increase in the minimum wage makes up over half, but know you don't oppose that. Labour has a lot of questions to answer at the moment, but this is not one of them.

And I guess around the percentage of the population numbers moving abroad in that time. Though you would expect millionaires to be more mobile than the rest of the population.

I don't think now is the right time to judge the new government on this. There is a reason the NHS has 30k vacancies, and if we waited for that to be resolved, the waiting lists will simply keep getting bigger and longer term Private sector involvement would be required.
