On a related note, have Disney stopped doing home media releases of their shows? I've seen no announcements for Ms Marvel / She Hulk and it's been a while since the last round. 😢

That was also my first worry. Warner have been one of the strongest supporters of physical media and even ignoring future releases I'm worried the existing catalogue will be withdrawn. If nothing else, I'll need to prioritise the must-haves from MovieZyng...

At least then we could have the honest "you can have this assortment of small taxes that everyone hates and won't actually fix anything, or you can raise income tax" discussion out in the open and parliament can make the long term decision rather than the current nonsense.

It probably took too long to develop and bring to air, but wasn't Class the SJA replacement? Was that failure the thing that stopped them doing further teen spin-offs?

I assume they'd try to engineer it so that it was Mahmood vs Streeting and no-one in their right mind would vote for Streeting? It does feel a bit 5 dimensional chess though.

But they haven't made a big bet on growth. They've passed some long term measures to try and create a bit of growth at the same time they've let the home office run wild to deter foreign students and productive economic migrants to suppress growth. It's incoherent.

This. It's a values statement rather than a tax raising policy. As long as it's at worst revenue neutral there's no reason not to bring it in, plus it gives you political room to also push through the broad based taxes you actually need. And you get a future free hit at whoever who cancels it.

Ignoring games I worked on, Hexcells Infinite (950hrs). Dawn Of War Soulstorm (712), Civ 5 (360), Endless Space (347), Assassin's Creed Odyssey (143), Blue Prince (128) and Dungeons Of Dredmor (127), per Steam.

Experiential ("we want the player to feel heavy and grounded"), production/level design ("do we have time to block off all the ways they can see or get out of level if they can jump?") and practical ("do we have a spare button on the gamepad to allow jump?") are the 3 I've most frequently seen.

Captain Power and Earth 2 both had DVD releases at one point although they may be out of print? No such luck for the other two though.

Platitudinous empty words, which is all I'd expect from Phillipson. After her statement throwing trans people under the bus I was already on the side of "anyone but Bridget" but after yesterday's far right march this sort of milquetoast nothingness about some undefined "unity" is pathetic.

For there to be no comment from the government on Musk's call for violence, let alone action against X, is unconscionable. An utter dereliction of its responsibility for national security and an affront to every member of an ethnic minority, who is being put at risk by this rhetoric.

It's a stupid prohibition while you still allow "being an MP" to be a side hustle to "GB News presenter." I can understand it gets complicated around professional qualifications like medicine but otherwise this should either be entirely restricted or completely open (to abuse). Pick a lane.

Are original Magnum PI and remake Magnum PI the same universe or do we have to consider them Earth 1 and Earth 2 versions of the same person? (as remake would pull in Hawaii Five-0 at a minimum)

This doesn't even need the clarification. They can barely put thing in orbit reliably. Getting anything to the moon is like asking fish to ride bicycles.
