Oasis in Cardiff last night. Simply an incredible, out-of-body experience. Never known an atmosphere like it. The most joyous, life-affirming gig I’ve been to. Two hours of greatest hits. I don’t think it’ll ever be surpassed for me.

I’ve paid more than I wanted to - but I’ve got a ticket for Oasis in Cardiff on Saturday. Bloody hell. I’m actually going!

Too many people fail to understand that two things can be true at the same time. Yes, Iran’s nuclear program is a dangerous threat to the region. And yes, the US and Israel’s interventions risk the rapid escalation of an already volatile situation. The world isn’t black and white. It’s nuanced.

My fear with the Tuchel appointment was that it smacked of panic. Why? England had just reached their second major final in three tournaments. There was no need for a revolution. Instead of carrying on the huge progress made under Southgate, it feels we’re back to square one #ENG

It’s 2038 and a 47-year-old Jordan Henderson captains England for their World Cup opener against Senegal…

Went to see Sam Fender in London last night. He was sensational - a phenomenal talent. A poignant encore finished with Hypersonic Missiles. He referenced the line about kids being bombed in Gaza. Though the song was written in 2017, it has never been more relevant.

Eclipsing our record points tally and matching our highest league finish represents a successful season. Our performances tailed off at the back end, which suggests our squad lacks depth. With Huijsen and Kerkez on their way, our recruitment team will need to earn their money this summer! #afcb

I voted for Milos Kerkez as my #afcb player of the season. There’s so many worthy contenders, including Christie, Zaba and Huijsen, but Kerkez has been consistently brilliant this campaign. He’s resilient, tenacious, combative and creative; the ideal modern left-back. A pleasure to watch.

How anybody can literally walk away from a crash that huge is testament to the safety measures in #F1 nowadays. There’s no doubt it just saved Yuki’s life. Astonishing.

For supporters to boo a player who’s represented their club for all his life, just because he wants a fresh challenge, is why I really struggle with modern football.

Ten years since we won the league at the Valley. Wow. How time flies! Having missed the Bolton game, nothing was going to stop me from getting to Charlton. And what a day it was. A stunning performance and the best possible ending. The memories haven’t faded at all #afcb

What do I know? Ronnie was at his fluent best today. A near-flawless performance.
He can’t be the force he once was, but there’s still very little I enjoy more than watching Ronnie O’Sullivan play snooker. I’d give anything to see him live.

Yesterday’s Man Utd match is further proof that you should never, ever leave a football match early. It’s not over till it’s over.

Sitting in a waiting room in Bournemouth Hospital this morning and the first song I hear is Circle of Life. Irony is not dead.

Man I hope this is Rory’s year. More than a decade without a major, but victory today to complete the grand slam would cement his legacy as an all-time great. He’s had so many near misses in recent years. It’s enormous pressure, but surely this has to be his time #masters

Masters Saturday means an evening in front of the TV, watching golf’s best major (sorry The Open, but it’s true). It’s the same as Masters Thursday, Masters Friday and, yes, you’ve got it, Masters Sunday.

Free-kicks aren’t struck any sweeter than those two by Declan Rice. And on the biggest stage to boot. Thrilled for Rice; he’s a fabulous player who is seriously underrated.

I’m a huge fan of snooker, but I’m conflicted on seeing veterans like John Higgins still winning tournaments. It’s not his fault - he remains a brilliant player. But every sport needs new idols in order to survive. Where are snooker’s?

Our own campaign notwithstanding, I can’t remember a less exciting Premier League season. Matches have become overly tactical and formulaic. Perhaps it’s a one-off, or maybe the bubble’s burst? #afcb

April Fool’s Day feels kind of redundant now that Donald Trump is president again. The world is just too crazy.

The second half was such an anti-climax. I can accept being beaten by Man City, but to go out with such a whimper is hugely disappointing #afcb

Andoni Iraola spotted at Ashdown Leisure Centre this evening. Someone told him not to go to Spurs and he laughed, apparently! #afcb
