Questions
If we were to ask ourselves “What was the best or worst thing or the that happened yesterday?” the automatic response would be diametrically opposed and outside of our awareness.
What questions do we ask ourselves or our client that are unhelpful or that could be helpful?

can we keep doing what we are doing?
Someone looked out of a train window and said “This train is headed for disaster” so they all moved to the left of the train. “This train is still headed for disaster” so they called another meeting and decided to all move to the right of the train.

finding resources
We have all had so many experiences where we struggle to solve a problem and eventually, when we solve it, the solution is obvious.
When anyone of us is doing what we like to do, we find ourselves with so many resources readily available.
We can explore this together …

climate crisis - what climate crisis?

I can see clearly now -
“Spots before the eyes” can be debilitating for some but not for everyone.
I remember being distracted by mine until I wasn’t and even thought “Here’s a new one. I’d better notice it while I can”.
Paradoxically, if we focus on the spots before our eyes, they soon disappear.

what do we want to leave after we’re gone?

Leaving a will can be an important legacy. Our house, furniture, money can involve complex decisions.

It’s easy to overlook that we also leave our planet to future generations. We can all too easily assume that this will take care of itself. But will it?

climate crisis - Pope Francis was known for his humility and his controversial support for the planet.
Let us be inspired by this gentle religious leader, by throwing off the self-serving grip of the fossil fuel lobby.
Pope Francis has died, but we can keep his contribution alive.

tinnitus - rings a bell
Someone who was haunted by his tinnitus created a simple gadget that produced a musical, alter the pitch. It also had a volume control and an ear piece. He played with the pitch until it matched the pitch of his tinnitus, put his ear piece in place, turned up the volume.

What Will You Do With Your One Precious and Wild Life? Mary Oliver.

We could fiddle while Rome burns … or …

We could wonder what we could do for the future of or children, our grand-children, our planet … and …

However small the action, we can be a part of the turning of the tide.

What to do about our climate catastrophe?
There are so many concerns in our contemporary world; so many of them needing our immediate attention.

Let us take a moment and wonder what each of us can do, however small, to halt this catastrophe before it’s too late

learning through experience
Too often we are expected to learn through some concept or theory
When we learn to speak, write our name, walk, drive a car, use a computer, our learning is experiencial. We don’t need to understand the principals of speaking, writing, walking, driving. We learn by doing.
