In Ireland we peer over and see the standard of UK political journalists. Many who claim to be ‘balanced’ or independent appear smugly detached and self-serving. All of that NewsAgents crew, Moodley / Frei on C4, Watt on BBC all continually fail to hold power to account. All just a big laugh. Why?

In my excitement I’m fairly sure I’ve followed quite a few insufferable Irish Twitter accounts who I had muted or blocked over in the other place. There’s a whittlin’ a comin’.

Real test for this place is whether #LFC Twitter shows up on here for the weekends game. If so, I’ll be happy. There’s only so many hot takes about US politics I can be arsed with at this point.
