Hungary 2024: Hamilton "could have done more to avoid a collision", so no penalty for Max.
Hungary 2025: There was "no contact" because Hamilton "chose not to attempt to remain on the track", so no penalty for Max.

The Autosport article stating that Lewis's new performance engineer was Johannes Hatz, has been taken down. You'd think they'd get this sort of thing right, but evidently not.
It seems that Luca Diella is the actual new performance engineer. His CV is certainly fits! #F1

The FIA under Ben Sulayem seems to be becoming a dictatorship. Checks and balances are being eroded and it’s no surprise that others in senior positions would feel stifled and disempowered.

I’m not sure that they’re that different in terms of their style anyway. Ferrari just needs to design a car that’s quick and doesn’t suffer from fundamental issues.
Most drivers don’t have cars designed around their specific styles. I can only really think of one who does… #F1

At least they’ve also give Verstappen 3 penalty points (close to a ban again now).
BUT, the stewards’ decision all but says the collision with Woody was done deliberately. 10 seconds plus 3 penalty points is what you get for deliberate, petulant ramming? Mad. 🤷🏻♂️ #F1 #SpanishGP
