Redwood Empire whiskey Screaming Titan batch 002. This Wheated Bourbon consist of 61% corn 30% wheat 5% rye and 4% barley. This bourbon is part of RWE’s small lot series that include Van Duzen, Devils Tower and Foggy Burl. The nose gives me some sweet stone fruit and and short cake with a bit of tea

Thinking about this Tom Foolery i had the other day. The nose smelt like spiced apple cider and it was perfect for Thanksgiving week!
