Adding those two to this existing lineup would be scary indeed. Though, durability is a concern.

I have been impressed, of late, of the teams ability to overcome frustration.

I was incredibly pleased when I heard of his hire with the Oilers. I certainly hope his influence is felt wide within.
I should recognize my skepticism is mostly drawn from a long line of past decisions, likely back to the DoD.
I remain hopeful though.

This feels concerning considering the positive movement regarding analytics within the Oilers org recently. I certainly hope things like this would be looked at. I still remain somewhat skeptical though.
